WEST PALM BEACH POLICE ANIMAL BITE A man and his girlfriend were walking in the area of Mill Valley Place when a large dog ran up, jumped on the man and bit him on the arm. The dog ran away, then started toward him again but was called off by its owner. The man’s injury was treated by fire rescue. An officer contacted the animal’s owner in the 700 block of Mill Valley Place. He said his sister had been walking the dog off leash. He provided the dog’s vaccination papers. The officer contacted Animal Care and Control to report the incident.
