Summit County Akron Arrests A Robert Street woman, 23, was charged with theft. Police said the woman was employed by Walgreen’s when confronted by loss prevention workers and a store manager following an internal investigation. She admitted to thefts totaling approximately $15,000 over a six-month period. A Fernwood Drive man, 24, was charged with robbery after his arrest on a felony warrant for an incident that occurred April 26 at a Safer Plaza residence. Police said the man approached a woman and asked to borrow her car about 9 p.m. When she refused, he tried to take her purse.
